If you are uncertain of the password for the account, please use the 'forgot your password' facility to recovery/reset your password.

You will be sent an email with instructions on resetting your password --> Once this has been done you can then login with your email address and new password.

Either the email address or password or both have been entered incorrectly.

Please ensure you are entering the correct information that has been registered on our website

Username = your email address. Password is CAP-Sensitive (ensure your caps lock is off when entering your password)

At the top-right corner, click on your name or your business name. In the dropdown menu that appears, click on Change Password.

First you'll be asked to type in your current password, and then type in a new password of your choice. Wondering why we ask you to type out your new password twice? It's so that you don't accidentally get locked out of your account if your make a typing mistake. Please don't choose an easy password. Your password needs to be at least 8 letters long.

Requesting a Test is easy. At the top of the page, click on Orders, and then click on the Create New Order button.

We'll then ask you to choose a Test Group (eg. aquatic, poultry, canine, feline, etc). Based on the test group that you select, we'll be able to show you what tests are available. You can add as many animals to your order as you'd like, and for each animal you can add multiple tests. Depending on the tests that you select, you will then then be able to choose a suitable sample type that you need to submit to us for testing.

Once you've finished adding animals and tests, you will need to accept our T&Cs, you may then click on the Place Order button, and you're done. All you need to do now is send us the samples with your RN# referenced on the parcel, and we will email you the results once testing is complete and payment has been approved.

Once you have placed an order and submitted your samples to us, you will be able to track the progress from the Orders page. Simply click on the View button for the order you'd like to track. Then, at the bottom of the page, click the Download Test Results button. Please note that the results for your tests will only be displayed once payment for your order has been received.
